What I Offer

Wellness and meditation training and workshops for safeguarding professionals

I have first hand experience of working in environments where seeing, discussing and responding to trauma and abuse is part of the daily job. Professor Jo Clarke refers to these roles as Critical Occupations. Critical Occupations include a wide range of roles including but not limited to: first responders, health professionals, social workers, therapists, probation officers and police officers. What has been seen and heard cannot be undone however research clearly shows that meditation can play a huge part in helping those who help to stay buoyant, resilient and joyful. I offer group and 1:1 training and support for those in critical occupations. Blue light discount is available for this offering.

Wellness and meditation training for children and young people

I love working with children and young people. Throughout my career I have worked with children and young people in a variety of circumstances, from court proceedings to play schemes, exam preparation, decision making and young offender institutions. I have created group and 1:1 sessions for children and young people to help them enjoy their journey connect and with their truth.

Meditation for Mothers

Since becoming a mother I have developed some beautiful offerings for mothers and children. So often people will tell you it takes a village to raise a child but people rarely talk about the village holding and welcoming the mother. I have the great joy of connecting mothers as they enter matresence from their first time and beyond.

My Approach

Meditation is often thought of as inaccessible and serious. So often you will hear people say "I can't meditate". The great news is...anyone can meditate and it will help soothe and ease pretty much everything in life. It will help you make space for more energy, more empathy, more focus, more love and more joy. I want to support those who are brand new to meditation and those who have meditated for years. I will forever be a student of meditation. I have received so many benefits from meditation and so much joy. My approach is grounded in humility and commitment to  responding and adapting to what the person or people in front of me need in that moment. Of course I come in with a plan, a structure, the theory and research but I also flow and embrace what presents. My offerings are created and delivered with love and reverence for those who join me.
